Overview of The Role
As a Manager – Delivery, you will be responsible for driving the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade applications, primarily for US-based clients in domains such as Healthcare Insurance. This role blends strategic thinking with technical leadership, ensuring excellence across cross-functional engineering teams. You will be involved in shaping the product vision, establish architecture from the ground up, and deliver innovative solutions aligned with client and business goals.
This role demands a strong blend of solution architecture vision and delivery accountability — ensuring technical excellence translates into business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture & Engineering Execution
- Define and execute the enterprise technology roadmap in alignment with client and organizational objectives.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing systems tailored to complex business environments, especially in Insurance Healthcare domain.
- Bring hands-on coding expertise to actively contribute to technical design and development, ensuring architectural decisions are grounded in real-world engineering practices.
Engineering Governance & Platform Development
- Develop reusable internal platforms, tools, and components to improve engineering velocity and consistency across projects.
- Ensure architectural integrity, performance, and compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
- Establish and uphold high standards of technical quality, taking direct accountability for the robustness, scalability, and maintainability of all engineering deliverables.
End-to-End Delivery Management
- Lead the full delivery lifecycle—from requirements to deployment—ensuring high-quality, timely execution across all engineering initiatives.
- Implement scalable development models and establish delivery practices that support customization, configuration, and continuous improvement.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Drive strategic discussions with business and technology leaders to align architecture and engineering initiatives with organizational goals.
- Serve as a trusted technology advisor, providing insights on architecture, scalability, and modernization efforts to influence key decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in leading enterprise-level technology initiatives, including architecture design and full-stack solution delivery.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, micro services architecture, event-driven design, and enterprise integration techniques.
- Demonstrated success in building technology roadmaps, managing large teams, and setting engineering standards across organizations.
- Proficient in modern development ecosystems including CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and container orchestration.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills, able to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
